Gators beat PA

The Clarke Prep School Gators came back from Spring Break and beat the Saints of Patrician 14-0 in Butler. The Gator bats produced 19 hits highlighted by Taylor Becton getting a double, triple, single and two RBI. Austin Lee Crawford had a single, two doubles and an RBI. Dillion Rowell had three hits and two RBI. Chad Dickinson drew two walks, had a homer and three RBI. Heath Bishop had a single, double and an RBI. Cubbie McAleer had a hit and an RBI. J.D. Powell, Hunter Mayton, Matthew Furrow, Tanner Tucker and Drew Harrigan each added a hit. Dickinson (3-3) struck out four over three innings of work to get the win. Rowell followed by throwing the next three frames with a strikeout and a walk. Tucker tossed the last inning, fanning one. Friday the Gators play Jackson Academy's Eagles on the road in a doubleheader. Next Tuesday they play Monroe at home. Here Chad Dickinson mows down a Saint batter Monday afternoon.
