County Government Week declared

National County Government Week has been declared for this week in the county and state. Pictured (above) are Covington County Commission Chairman and ACCA (Association of County Commissions of Alabama) Second Vice President Greg White, ACCA Executive Director Buddy Sharpless, Conecuh County Commissioner and ACCA President Jerold Dean, Clarke County Commissioner and ACCA Immediate Past President Rhondel Rhone and Elmore County Commission Chairman and ACCA First Vice President Joe Faulk with Gov. Bob Riley during the proclamation signing ceremony on March 21.
