Another eyesore gone

Grove Hill and Helwestern firemen burned another eyesore Saturday, a dilapidated house on Asbury Road. Firemen used the fire as a training exercise, showing young firemen (right) how a fire starts and spreads and how to combat it. The house burned quickly once the fire was allowed to spread. The previous weekend, the old feed mill on the south side of Grove Hill was burned and a few weeks earlier, an old pawn shop. Photos by Jim Cox
