Lady Bulldogs fall to Mobile

The Clarke County High School Lady Bulldogs lost 8-2 to Mobile Christian Monday night in Mobile.

MeMe Martin went 2-for-3 with two doubles to lead CCHS at the plate. Brittney Harvell, Halie Moore and Ericka Williams each had a hit.

Williams took the loss.

Last Friday the Lady Bulldogs dropped a close area game 3-1 to Washington County in Grove Hill.

Brittney Dunson went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Martin and Abby Walker each had a hit as well.

Williams was the losing pitcher as she struck out four and walked two in seven innings of work.

The Lady Bulldogs host Jackson Tuesday. On Thursday (today) they go to Atmore to play Escambia Academy.
