E-911 statistics presented
From Staff Reports

Statistics from March were presented by the Clarke County E-911 at its April 7 board meeting in the county commission chambers.

E-911 answered 1,086 incoming 911 calls.

There were 244 outgoing 911 calls.

Dispatchers answered 1,442 incoming administration calls, and there were 1,178 outgoing administrative calls.

There were 9,720 radio transmissions.

The average ring time for dispatchers answering 911 calls was three seconds.

The overall radio and phone total for March was 13,683.

The busiest days for 911 dispatchers in March were Mondays and Fridays. The busiest time was 2 p.m.
