Preschool students learn about 'growing'

For the past six weeks, the students in the Clarke County Adaptive Preschool Services Program (C-CAPS) explored the educational unit "Growing and Changing." The students made a comparison chart about their height from the beginning of school until the present. After reading the Aesop fable, The Ant and the Chrysalis, the children made a classroom mural that depicted the transformation of a cocoon into a butterfly. At the conclusion of the experience, the members of the class planted houseplants.
