'Relay for Life' rescheduled "Relay For Life" for Grove Hill has been rescheduled for Friday, April 18, at 6 p.m. at the Clarke County Museum. Proceeds of the annual event go to the American Cancer Society. The public is invited. You do not have to be on a team to come. All cancer survivors are invited to attend the Cancer Survivors Reception Friday at 5 p.m. at the Helm's House (beside the museum). The opening ceremony is set for 6 p.m. The first lap of the relay is for survivors. The second lap is for family, caregivers and survivors. There will also be a small parade at 7 p.m. The luminaria service is at 8:30 p.m. The service is a time to remember those who lost the fight and those that continue to fight! The theme is "Celebrate...Remember... Fight Back!" The following are teams for this year: Clarke County FCA, Southern Care, Wilson Hall Middle School, Clarke Prep Daycare, Town of Grove Hill, Tompkins Baptist Church, Union Baptist Church, Grove Hill Baptist Church, The Lesueur Family and Friends, Grove Hill Merchants/ Business, First United Security Bank, Grove Hill Memorial Hospital, License Commission.
