Scearce graduates from seaman recruit training
Seaman Recruit Tara D. Scearce graduated March 28 from the Recruit Training Command Center in Great Lakes, Ill. She is now stationed at "A" Training Naval School Center in Pensacola, Fla.
Her parents are Douglas and Teresa Scearce, sister, Melissa of Long Beach, Miss. She is the granddaughter of James and Betty Pope of Grove Hill and the late Calvin and Margaret Scearce of Miamisburg, Ohio.
She is also is the great-greatgranddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse White.
