McBride

Frances Nell McBride, 75, of Las Cruces, N.M. died April 17, 2008 at her residence.

She was born April 20, 1932. She was a native of Whatley. She was a former member of Whatley Baptist Church. She was an auctioneer with the State of Alabama.

Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Dunn, Las Cruces, N.M.; one brother, Shellie Wilson, Mobile; five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Kellen and a daughter, Cynthia Carter.

A graveside service was April 21 at 2 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery on the Piney Woods Road in Whatley. Lathan Funeral Home of Grove Hill directed.
