Davis Geneva C. Davis, 78, of Thomasville died April 14, 2008. She was born Feb. 18, 1930. She was a member of Shady Union Baptist Church and the Elbether Pride No. 817 OES. Survivors include one son, Renard Davis; five brothers, Arthur Pritchett, Eldred Pritchett, Robert Stephens, James Pritchett and Alfred Pritchett; one sister, Patricia Echols; four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Davis.
The service was April 19 at 12 p.m. at Shady Union Baptist Church with Rev. Alfred Pritchett officiating. Burial was in the Shady Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.
