      The following arrests were booked through the Clarke County Jail this week. David Wallace Rivers, 26, alias writ of arrest, $500 bond, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. Corneil Demese Barney, 18, possession of controlled substance, $7,500 bond, arrested by Task Force One.
