Benefit for burn victim May 3

A benefit singing will be held for eight-month old burn victim Emma Baggett at 7 p.m., Saturday, May 3 at Grove Hill Methodist Protestant Church, north of Grove Hill off Highway 43 across from Lathan Funeral Home.

Glory Road Quartet will be the special singers. Spaghetti plates will be sold prior to the singing for $5 each.

Emma received third degree burns over a third of her body when, on Sunday, March 16, she pulled the electrical cord of a crock pot which caused the contents to spill on her.

Emma is the daughter of Mason and Kelly Baggett. Her grandparents are Ron Baggett and Jeanea Martin and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Stephens.

For more information contact Grove Hill Methodist Protestant Church pastor, the Rev. Benny Crawford at 1-334-636-2777.
