Otto Rowden III has been arrested and charged with two counts of burglary, third degree for both residences. Two juveniles have also been arrested and charged with burglary third degree and one has been charged with receiving stolen property because a gun was found in his possession.

"This case is still pending and we expect to make more arrests," said Officer Dale.

E-911 Director Becky Neugent said Wednesday that Harris is still employed as a dispatcher and is considered innocent until proven guilty.
