Roberts-Steed to exchange vows
The bride-elect's parents are Teresa Roberts of Jackson and Hannis Roberts of Montgomery. Her grandparents are Mary Bumpers of Jackson and the late Ray Bumpers and Eunice Roberts of Montgomery and the late Charles Henry Roberts. Parents of the prospective groom are the late Christine Deloris Steed and the late Danny Steed. Maternal grandmother is Marian Corkery of Arvada, Colorado. Miss Roberts is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School and will receive her Bachelor of Science Degree in elementary education from the University of South Alabama in December, 2008. Mr. Steed is a 2000 graduate of Jackson Academy. He is employed by Industrial Services as a certified welder. The couple will exchange vows at First Baptist Church of Jackson at 4 p.m. The reception will follow immediately at H. W. Pierce Memorial Park Assembly House in Jackson.
Family and friends are invited through the medium of the press as invitations are being sent to out-of-town guests only.
