Soil & Water Conservation announces contest winners

The Clarke County Soil & Water Conservation District recently announced the winners of their Poster Contest. The Title of the Poster Contest this year was "Water is Life" with the first place winner receiving $25 and second place winner receiving $15. The First Place Winner's Posters will now be forwarded to compete at the Conservation District's Area VI Poster Contest.
