Bonner Joyce Marie Horne Bonner, 58, of Mobile died April 20, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born Jan. 17, 1950. She was a native of Whatley. She was a 1967 graduate of Wilson Hall High School. She attended Carver Technical School and Faulkner State. She worked at Mobile Infirmary for 17 years. Survivors include three children, Tamera (Tommy) McInnis III, Los Angeles, Calif., Taiwan Bonner, Dwan Bonner, both of Mobile; two brothers, Johnny (Lucinda) Horne, Dennis (Genet) Horne, both of Whatley; one sister, Lillie Walker, Houston, Texas; and four grandchildren.
The service was April 26 at the First Baptist Church of Whatley with Fernell Pendleton officiating. Burial was in the First Baptist Church Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Mobile directed.
