Unidentified man ejected when truck flips

A truck overturned Sunday at approximately 2:32 p.m. on Highway 84 East near the Health Department in Grove Hill. The lone driver was thrown out through the windshield, according to the Grove Hill Police Department, and the truck rolled over on him. The driver's face was cut up, authorities reported. The driver, who was believed to be a foreign national, had no identification at the scene. The Grove Hill Police Department continues to investigate. He was transported by ambulance to the local airport, where he was transported by LifeFlight helicopter to Mobile. Photo by Jim Cox
