Proclaiming Constitution Week

Grove Hill Mayor Lamar Hudson proclaimed this week Constitution Week for a group of Daughters of the American Revolution members from the local Elizabeth Bradford chapter Monday. Susan Jones is Constitution Week Chairman and said this year marks the 221st signing of the U.S. Constitution. To recognize the anniversary, church bells were to be rung at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
