Howell Jimmie David Howell Jr., 48 of Jackson died Oct. 1, 2008 at a Baldwin County Health Facility. He was born Jan. 31, 1960. He was a member of the Visitation Catholic Church of Jackson. He was a member of the Jackson Golf Association. He was a carpenter for Alchemy Renovations. Survivors include his mother, Martha Howell, Jackson; two brothers, Scott Howell, Leroy, Jason Howell, Thomasville; five sisters, Barbara Bell, Melissa Harrell, both of Leroy, Linda Brown, Sharon Noble, Jennifer Huebner, all of Jackson. The service was Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson with Father Jim Havens and Rev. Danny Chancey officiating. Burial was in the Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson.
Active pallbearers were Clifton Bell, Roger Newton, Chris Autry, Byron Davis, Gene Whitehead and Michael Batley.
