Harvey Lee Richardson, 64, of Thomasville died Feb. 23, 2009 at Mobile Infirmary.
He was born April 16, 1944 in Petros, Tenn. He was was a retired saw filer from Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Mary Helen Richardson, Thomasville; three daughters, Tina Richardson (Phillip) Huckabee, Lena Richardson (Samuel) Nanney, Trena Richardson (Craig) Morgan Davis, all of Thomasville; three brothers, Bill (Cookie) Richardson, Wartburg, Tenn., John (Ruth) Richardson, Andy (Evelyn) Richardson, both of Stephens, Tenn.; one sister, Bessie (Arthur) Gunter, Oliver Springs, TN; five grandchildren, Jennifer Huckabee (Oliver) Cooper, Leandrea Morgan, Charles Morgan, Colleen Morgan, Lily Morgan, all of Thomasville; two great-grandchildren, Kyra Cooper, Alyssa Cooper, both of Thomasville.
The service was Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Thomasville with Revs. James Morgan and Chris Giles officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Thomasville. O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.
Active pallbearers were Craig Davis, Phillip Huckabee, Sammy Nanney, Oliver Cooper and Shane Morgan.
Honorary pallbearers were the employees of Georgia Pacific Thomasville Sawmill Plant 1979- 1994. (6-1tp)
