Clemintine Baldwin Kidd, 75,

died April 16, 2009 at Jackson Medical Center. She was born April 11, 1934 to the parentage of the late Scott and Alma Hall

Baldwin in Winn. Clemintine united with Berry's Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church of Winn at an early age. She was a homemaker.

The mother of 10 children was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Kidd, two sons, Jessie and Lerone Kidd; one grandson, Kenny Kidd; three sisters, Gladys Pugh, Inez McCurtis and Evelyn Bumpers; and one brother, Waverly "W.B." Baldwin.

She leaves to cherish her memory, eight loving children, Dewayne Baldwin of Winn; Gloria (L.C.) Roper of Toddtown; Gwen Kidd, Bettye Kidd, Tommy Kidd, all of Winn; Cora (Michael) Jones of Jackson; Gladys Kidd of Winn and Tyrone (Ulanda) Kidd of Chatom; two sisters, Norma Baldwin, Mobile and Arzella Perkins, Denham Springs, LA; one brother, Rev. Melvin Baldwin, Cotterville, GA; three aunts, Bertha (The Reverend James) Moore, of Georgiana; Andrea Baldwin of Jackson, and Ollie Pugh of Zimco; two sisters-in-law, Ella Baldwin and Nettie England both of Winn; one brother-in-law, Thomas Kidd of Jackson; 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The service will be Thursday, April 23, 1 p.m. at Berry's Chapel AME Zion Church, Rev. Edward Seabron, pastor and eulogist. Viewing will be at Andrews Funeral Home, Wednesday, April 22 from 4 until 5 p.m. A second viewing will be at Berry's Chapel AME Zion Church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Services are entrusted to the sympathetic and professional care extended by Andrews Funeral Home.
