Roy Bettis Crenshaw, 93, of Coffeeville died April 17, 2009 in Sweet Water.
He was born May 17, 1915. He was a native of Morvin. He was a member of Forest Springs Baptist Church of Morvin. He was a World War II United States Army veteran. He was a retired mechanic for International Harvester.
Survivors include three sons, Cleve (Catherine) Crenshaw, Picayune, Miss., Charles (Charlene) Craft, Coffeeville, Gary (Lorraine) Craft, Jackson; one brother, J.A. Crenshaw, Georgia; one sister, Eula G. "Kitten" Parten, Mobile; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-greatgrandchild.
He was preceded in death by a son, Winters Craft and a daughter, Katherine C. Dunagan.
The service was April 20 at 2 p.m. in the Ulcanush Baptist Church in Coffeeville. Burial was in the Ulcanush Baptist Church Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
Active pallbearers were Chris Crenshaw, Robbie Craft, Ricky Dunagan, Jeff Smith, Rodney Craft, Kris Hudson, Chad Atchison and Dean Hayes.
