Dickinson signs with LBW

Jackson High School shortstop/pitcher Chad Dickinson signed with Lurleen B. Wallace Tuesday, July 7 at a ceremony at JHS. Dickinson transfered to Jackson after being an three-time All-State player at Clarke Prep. During his senior year at JHS, he led the team with a .478 batting average. He added four home runs, 30 RBIs, 22 stolen bases and 3-4 record on the mound with a 4.51 E.R.A. and 30 strikeouts. He was a First-Team All-State selection in Class 4A and a member of the Southwest Alabama All-Region Team. "I look forward to playing ball in college," Dickinson said. "Chad plays the game hard," Aggie coach Jason Jones said. "He is baseball savy and a winner," Jones added.
