Lois Bradley Jackson Elmore, 86, of Millry died Dec. 17, 2009 at her residence.

She was born Dec. 2, 1923. She was a native of Jackson. She was a member of the Jackson Rescue Squad. She was a member of the Double Branch Assembly of God Church. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Elmore, Millry; two sons, Basil (Helen) Jackson, Jackson, Darrell (Debby) Jackson, Leroy; four step-sons, Ralph (Wendy) Elmore, Fairhope, Steve (Donna) Elmore, Satsuma, Timothy Elmore, Mark (Beverly) Elmore, all of Wilmer; two daughters, Linda (Bobby) Mauldin, Saraland, Dawn (David) Long, Mobile; three step-daughters, Annette ( Jerry) Johnson, Bayou LaBatre, Elizabeth (Ray) Stringer, Jackson, Sarah (Solon) Sherer, Mobile; four brothers, Henry (Francis) Bradley Jr., Oren (Buster) Bradley, Armond (Elaine) Bradley, Neal (Mary) Bradley; two sisters, Mae McLendon, Emeleen (Billy) Jackson; 10 grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren; one greatgreat grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Bradley Sr. and Ethel Brown Bradley; a great-grandson, Evan Mauldin and two brothers, Ruben Bradley, Vaughn Bradley.

The service was Dec. 20 at 2 p.m. at Double Branch Assembly of God Church in Frankville. Burial was in Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery. An online guest book may be signed at www.lathanfuneralhomes. com. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
