Henry Earl Turner, 58, a native of Coffeeville and resident of Jackson, died Jan. 17, 2010 at Jackson Health Care Facility. Turner, a logger, was a member of the Coffeeville Church of Christ.
Survivors include his father, Dan Turner of Coffeeville; four sisters, Helen (Robert) McGrew of Mt. Vernon, Jessie Gosby of Birmingham, Beverly Sellers of Prichard and Lora Ann Johnson of Detroit, Mich.; one brother, Winston Turner of Washington state; four uncles, one devoted, Clemmie Turner of Coffeeville; a devoted niece, Lakenji McGrew of Mt. Vernon; a loving and devoted friend, Bettie Sellers of Thomasville.
His mother, Lucy Mae Coats Turner, preceded him in death.
Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 23 at 12 noon at the Coffeeville Church of Christ with Bro. Joseph Smith, pastor. Burial was in the church cemetery, Highway 69 in Coffeeville, under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home in Jackson.
