Card of Thanks

The family extends prayers and gratitude for all words and acts spoken and shown to us and our loved one, Rosetta "Hives" Pendleton. Special thanks to Carol Ezell for her love and care, also to Southern Care Home Health. Special thanks to the Clarke County High School Class of 1974, Pastor Fernell Pendleton, Francine Stewart and the First Baptist Church family of Whatley.

A simple “Thank You” seems so inadequate for all you did during Mother’s stay at The Meadows and her recent death.

She loved and appreciated every visit and phone call and would always tell us who came. We want to express our thanks for your visits, calls, cards, food and most of all your prayers during her brief illness and death.

To Beth Criswell and her staff at The Meadows, thanks for the wonderful care you took of Mother for so long. She loved all of you and took God serious loving her neighbor as herself.

Thanks to all of you who attended her funeral it was a great uplift for the family.

Thanks to Brother Gregg Smith, her pastor, who knew her so well. Thanks to Dr. Neal, his staff and that of Southern Oaks and Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. You were so wonderful to the family and Mother and we do appreciate every act of kindness. To the ladies of Grove Hill Baptist Church, we appreciate the wonderful food that was prepared for us, it was truly a blessing.

Please keep us in your prayers as we attempt to live by the example she sat.
