Eunice York Roberts, 90, former resident of Jackson, died July 18, 2010 in Montgomery.
She was born Jan. 30, 1920 in Salitpa. She was a member of the Forest Avenue Baptist Church in Jackson. She was a retired mental health worker for the State of Alabama.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Rex Roberts, Coffeeville, Hannis N. Roberts, Montgomery; one daughter, Janie Marie McCoy, Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Thurmond York, Salitpa; one sister, Wintry Faile, Fulton; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 21 at 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at the Forest Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Coffeeville Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson will direct.
Active pallbearers will be Cory Roberts, Jayson McCoy, Adam Roberts, Collin Roberts, Austin Roberts, Timmy Roberts, Chuck Roberts and Brian Roberts.
