Bobby "Mickey" Chapman, 74, of Camden died Oct. 15, 2010 at the Camden Nursing Facility.
He was born to the parentage of the late Lockhart Chapman and Laura Mae Brown Chapman. He was a member of Mt. Zion #2 Baptist Church. After working numerous years as a tractor driver, he retired from the City of Grove Hill. His quiet mannerism, willingness to share with others, and skill as a great guitarist will be pondered in the hearts of his family.
Survivors include one son, Sherman (Lisa) Hawkins, Frisco City; two daughters, Irma Pugh, Grove Hill, Bobby Diane Hansley, Mobile; three sisters, Veronia Hill, Cobbie Robinson (his twin sister), and Joe Alice Robinson, all of Grove Hill; eight grandchildren, devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Louise Chapman, and three brothers, William Chapman, Cauldwell Chapman, and Robert Lewis Chapman.
The service will be held Tuesday, (today), Oct. 19 at 1 p.m. at the Mt. Zion #2 Baptist Church, Grove Hill, Rev. Cory Pruitt, pastor and eulogist. Burial will be in  Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
