Harlin Eugene Curry, 70, of Frankville died Dec. 16, 2010 at Jackson Medical Center.
He was born March 20, 1940. He worked as a truck driver for a logging business. He enjoyed working on lawn mowers and equipment such as that while spending time with his friends that liked to do the same. He has always loved motorcycles and owned several over the years.
Survivors include his wife, Nellie Curry, Frankville; one brother, Johnny B. (Darlene) Curry Jr., Chatom; four sisters, Mary (Neal) Bradley, Jackson, Pat (Ray) Savage, Wagarville, Debbie (Albert) Elmore, Frankville, Joanne Williams, Silas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Boyd Curry Sr., and Kathleen H. Curry and a sister, Christine Smith.
The service was Dec. 18 at 11 a.m. at New Hope Methodist Church with Bro. Jimmy Butts, and Bro. Billy Harris officiating. Burial was in the New Hope Cemetery in Frankville. St. Stephens Funeral Home directed.
Active pallbearers were Clint Elmore, Ashley Elmore, Brent Elmore, Anthony Williams, Russ Bradley, Johnny Ray Curry and Michael Adams.
Honorary pallbearers were Deloris Turner, Jerry Earl Johnson, Worth Schultz, Joe Goldman and Leon Harris.
