Roy Winston Freeman, 77, of Magnolia died Dec. 27, 2010 at his residence.

He was born July 30, 1933 in Lamison. He was a veteran of the Korean War conflict serving with the United States Navy. He was a retired marketing representative for Floria Retirement Communities.

Survivors include two sons, George DeVan (FaLu) Freeman, Bosier City, La., James Marshall (Karen) Freeman, Thomasville; one daughter, Lee Margaret Freeman (Chris) Radcliff, Bay Minette; two brothers, Donald Wilford Freeman, Vera Beach, Fla., Boyce Keller Freeman, Citonelle; one sister, Barbara Vokoun, Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren, Brittany Radcliff, Bailey Radcliff.

A graveside service was Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with Jim Martin officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.obryantchapel.com. O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.

Active pallbearers were Steve Greene, Stan Dove, Tony Smyly, Ken Clayton, Mike Deason and Wells Bozeman.
