Ann Klepac Roberts, 81, of Mobile died Jan. 22, 2011 at Mercy Medical in Daphne.
She was born Feb. 14, 1929. She was a native of Jackson. She was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church where she was very active in the UMW. She worked as a clerk for Clarke-Washington Electric Membership Corporation for 25 years. She was very involved with the community and helped take care of the elderly. She also made a super caramel cake.
Survivors include one son, Percy "Eddie" (Lynn) Roberts Jr., Mobile; two brothers, James Klepac, Monsignor Kenneth J. Klepac, both of Tuscaloosa; two grandchildren, Malcolm Bowling "Bo" Roberts and Martha Ann Roberts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mirko and Mattie Klepac, her husband, Percy Leroy "Gummy" Roberts Sr., five brothers, Frank, John, Charles, Ashley and Robert Klepac and one sister, Mary K. Kirk.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 26 from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service at Pine Grove United Methodist Church with Revs. Donald Phillips, James Bell, Brad McLain and Monsignor Kenneth Klepac officiating. Burial was in the Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Barry Roberts, Tom Roberts, Bobby Farrish, Daniel Powell. Dr. Billy Powell and Danny Powell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Pine Grove United Methodist Church.
