Lori Ann Schultz Syphrit, left this world on Wednesday, July 27, 2011, for heaven at the age of 48, at Mobile Infirmary. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Charles "Allen" Syphrit of Jackson of 28 years, Parents, Horace and Lorraine Schultz of Jackson. Her sisters and families, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin (Sonya Schultz) Myer, Kirk and Kent and Mr. and Mrs. James (Angela Schultz) Wade, Mollie and Andrew, all of Jackson, AL, numerous nieces and nephews.
Lori was preceded in death by her beloved nephew, Daniel C. Wade.
She was an honor graduate of Jackson Academy and Hobson State Technical College as an LPN for over 25 years and worked at Jackson Medical Center, IMC, Teledyne, Navco Nursing Home and FMC in Mobile. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Jackson, AL.
The service was Saturday, July 30 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Jackson with visitation on Friday, July 29 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Rev. Ray McKenzie officiating with Pastor Dr. Tim Huie Assisting. Wayne Smith provided the music. Burial was at Stave Creek Baptist Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Randy Tindle, Dr. Glenn Bridges, Wayne Grafton, Cecil Singley, Darren Gill and Rodney Mills.
Honorary Pallbearers were: Dr. Steve Furr, Wayne Smith, Tammy Chapman, Beth Criswell, Nickie Singley, Shannon Ellis, Hope Smith, Nancy Gill and Connie Boatner.
