John Calvin Larrimore, 75, of Dickinson died Sept. 8, 2011.
He was born Dec. 13, 1935. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fulton. He was a member of Alabama Farmer’s Federation. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the “Bay of Pigs.” He was a retired Production Supervisor with MacMillan Bloedel Paper Mill.
Survivors include his wife, Captoria W. Larrimore, Dickinson; two sons, John Derrill Larrimore, Kenneth Wilson Larrimore, both of Jackson; one daughter, Kay Larrimore Mullins, Dickinson; two brothers, Leo B. Larrimore, Jackson, Horace B. Larrimore Sr., Dickinson; one sister, Mary Sue Moore, Whatley; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
The service was Sept. 10 at 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Fulton with Rev. John Copeland officiating. Burial was in the Grove Hill Cemetery (Mathews Section).
Active pallbearers were Calvin Bradford, Larry Larrimore, Neil Bush, Doug Pugh, Mike Good, Bert Moore, Horace B. Larrimore Jr. and Leo Benjamine Larrimore.
