K.T. Baldwin, 79, a native of Winn, was born to the parentage of the late Ephraim Baldwin and Flossie Bumpers Baldwin on Sept. 9, 1932. He departed this life April 24, 2012 at Willow Trace Nursing Center in Butler.
Mr. Baldwin, a retired machine operator, was a member of Berry's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church of Winn.
Survivors are two sons, Mc- Neal Baldwin, Lerone Baldwin, both of Jackson; one daughter, Brenda (Ray) Lee, Houston, TX; one sister, Lorene (R.B.) Williams, Pascagoula, MS; five grandchildren, one loving and devoted, Tonia (Charles) Nettles, Jackson; nine great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Morris Lee Baldwin, and a daughter, Beverly Law; two sisters, Ruth King and Ruby Horne; and two brothers, Tillis Baldwin and Prentis Baldwin.
Services will be Saturday, April 28 at 1 p.m. from the Berry's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in the Winn Community. Viewing on Saturday will be from 12 noon until the service. Following the burial in the church cemetery, the family will receive friends in the fellowship hall of the church.
