Bobbie Edwina Ross, 91, of Thomasville died April 29, 2012 at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home in Demopolis.
She was born Aug. 7, 1920 in Climax. She was a member of the Thomasville Baptist Church. She was a member of the Clarke County RSVP.
Survivors include one son, Bobbie Ann (Tom) Meler, Decatur; one son, Ronald (Gale) Ross, Sweet Water; five grandchildren, Carolyn (Jonathan) Morrison, Ronday (Jay) Russell, Trisha (Tom) Tower, Thomas (Katherine) Meler, Tonja (Joe) Hardy; nine great-grandchildren.
The service was May 1 at 2 p.m. at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. James Best officiating. Burial was in the Choctaw Corner Cemetery in Thomasville.
Active pallbearers were Tommy Meler, Tom Tyler, Joel Hardy, Jonathan Morrison, Jay Russell and Larry Savell.
Honorary pallbearer was Dr. Jeff Graham.
