Thomas “Ran” Williams Jr., 68, of Sunflower died April 26, 2012 at his residence.
He was born April 10, 1944. He was a caretaker for the Bull Pen Hunting Club.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki L. Williams, Sunflower; his favorite cousin, Lynda Waite, Hawthorn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas R. Williams Sr., his mother, Nellie K. Williams and a brother, James Ellis “Jimmy” Williams.
A graveside service was Saturday, April 28 at 2 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial was at Hooks-Harris Cemetery in Sunflower with Rev. Kenneth Henson officiating.
Active pallbearers were Andy Parnell, Marty Williams, “Stick” Outlaw, Robbie Outlaw, Dudley Dawson, Timmy Williams and Greg Rotch.
Honorary pallbearers were the Bull Pen Hunting Club Members and Marion Laubenthal.
