Annette Jackson-Horn, 48, died May 29, 2012 at Memorial Medical in Savannah, Georgia. She was born Oct. 18, 1963.
Survivors include her parents, Clifton Williams and Gladys Jackson, ex-husband, Darryl L. Horn; three children, Kendra (Jerry) Jackson, Walker Springs, Darris Horn, Jeremy Horn, Savannah, Georgia; eight siblings, Kathy Kendrick, Detroit, Mich., Clinton (Joyce) Hawkins, Wayne (Lizest) James, Whatley, Vera (Dwight) Chapman, Grove Hill, Charles (Denise) Jackson, Atmore, Debra (Calvin) Love, Savannah, Georgia, Kendalle (Tiffany) Jackson, Delaine (Richard) Rogers, Grove Hill; a very devoted mother-in-law,l Annie L. Horn; five grandchildren, Erin Jackson, Javante Jackson, Jaylen Jackson, Kyla Jackson and Kamri Jackson, all of Walker Springs; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Jackson; two grandfathers, Charlie Williams, Elbert James; two grandmothers, Lucille Cook, Nettie Lou James.
The service was June 3 at 2 p.m. at The First Baptist Church of Whatley where Rev. Fenell Pendleton is the pastor.
Active pallbearers will be family and friends.
Flower bearers will be classmates and friends.
Jackson Memorial Funeral Home will direct.
