Dan Harvell, 76, of Fulton died July 3, 2012 at Monroe County Hospital in Monroeville.
He was born Oct. 20, 1935 in Pine Hill. He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Harvell, Fulton; two sons, David (April) Harvell, Miamisburg, Ohio, Darren (Heather) Harvell, Grove Hill; one daughter, Sharon (Faron) McKinley, Franklin; five brothers, Don Harvell, Thomasville, Gray Harvell, Birmingham, Clarence Harvell, Grove Hill, Russell Harvell, Cleveland, Tenn., Dennis Harvell, Yellow Bluff; four sisters, Louise Williams, Camden, Pearl Kreig, New Orleans, La., Mae Jenkins, Quitman, Miss., Inez Nelson, Toxey; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
The service was July 7 at 10 a.m. at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Grey Snodgrass officiating. Burial was in the Kelly Cemetery in Pine Hill.
Active pallbearers were David Harvell, Darren Harvell, Faron McKinley, Tim Baugh, Jared Heatley and Jerry Harvell.
Honorary pallbearers were Seth Harvell, Ben Riley Harvell and Liam Heatley.
