William Edward “Bill” Kimbrough IV, 62, of Tuscaloosa, and formerly Thomasville died Aug. 25, 2012 at Hospice of West Alabama.
He was born Dec. 27, 1949 in Birmingham. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tuscaloosa. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was a retired judge.
Survivors include his wife, Lynne Kimbrough, and son, Will Kimbrough, both of Tuscaloosa; two brothers, James Kimbrough, Satsuma, Robert Kimbrough, Creola; two sisters, Beth Rodgers, Saraland, Martha Kimbrough, Chunchula.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mellie Kimbrough.
The service was Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. at Thomasville Baptist Church with Dr. Gary Enfinger officiating. Burial was in the Choctaw Corner Cemetery in Thomasville.
Memorials may be made to The Mellie Kimbrough Scholarship Fund at First United Security Bank.
Active pallbearers were George Overstreet, Harold Crow, James Lee, Tim Smith, Brian Clark and Wendell McCrary.
Honorary pallbearers were attorneys, judges and The TeTas of Tuscaloosa.
