Mrs. Quindra Denese Williams Law, 49, a native and resident of Jackson was born December 28, 1963 to the parentage of Mr. Isaac Othello Williams and the late Mrs. Ottie Mae Baldwin Williams. Mrs. Law departed this life, Jan. 21 at Jackson Medical Center.

She was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Winn where she sang in the choir since childhood. She served as president of the choir, secretary/treasurer of the Faith Building Fund, held several offices in the youth department, and was secretary of the missionary society. She received her Associate in Science Degree in Office/Business Administration from Hobson State Community College, (currently Alabama Southern Community College). She was employed as the assistant manager at Regions Bank in Robertsdale.

Survivors include her devoted family, husband, Jarvis Law; two sons, Jalen and Quentin Law, all of Jackson; father, Isaac Othello Williams, Jackson; one brother, Othello Sherall Williams of Jackson; two sisters, Berneta (Marcus) Stallworth, Jackson, Patrice Williams, Crestview, FL; mother-in-law, Minnie Lee Johnson, Fairford, and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clinton and Andrea Baldwin; her paternal grandparents, Isaac and Genoa Williams, and her fatherin law, Willie D. Johnson.

Viewing will be Saturday, Jan. 26, 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Berry’s Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in Winn, Rev. Edward Seabron, pastor. Mrs. Williams’ pastor, Rev. Donald Sterling, Sr., will deliver the eulogy.

Burial will be in Bethlehem Church Cemetery in Winn.
