Alice Graham Quinley, 88, of Jackson died Aug. 29, 2013.

She was born April 6, 1925 to Edward Carr and Alice Boyles Graham. She was a graduate of the University of Alabama and retired from Clarke- Washington Electric Membership Co-op where she worked in the accounting department. She was active for many years at First Baptist Church in Jackson where she served in many capacities most recently as a Ladies Sunday School teacher.

Survivors include one son, William Graham Quinley, Daphne; one daughter, Susan Quinley (Joel) Raines, Grayson, Ga.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, C.V. (Red) Quinley, brother, Dr. Charles E. Graham and grandson, John Graham Quinley.

The service was Sept. 4 at Lathan Funeral Home with Dr. Ben Stubblefield and Rev. Brian Jemison officiating. Burial was in the Pine Crest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Jackson.
