Elma Ree Hudson Ogle, 83, of Centreville died Jan. 30, 2014.
She was a native of Fulton. She was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in the Atkinson Community. She had worked as a sales clerk in the 5 & 10 stores.
Survivors include children, Charlotte (Russell) Ott, Terry Ogle, Jerry (Cindy) Ogle, Becky Alford, Tony (Deb) Ogle; brothers, Joe Hudson, Lamar Hudson; sisters, Doris Buckalew, Judy Nichols; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lee and Minnie Ree Hudson, a brother, Lavoyd “Son” Hudson.
A memorial service will be Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at Bassett Creek Baptist Church in Grove Hill with Bros. Percy Clarke and Adam Pate officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Bassett Creek Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
