Thomas Earl Smith, 32, of Thomasville died July 28, 2017 at USA Medical Center.

He was born June 4, 1985 in Thomasville. He was an electrician at Thomasville Lumber Company.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Marie Smith, Thomasville; four children, Joshua Smith, Lucas Smith, Monroeville, Krimson and Anthony Smith of Thomasville; father Jimmy (Sharon) Smith, Phenix City; mother, Valerie (John) Ward, Monroeville; sister, Kathleen Emmons, Monroeville; brother, Trey Emmons, Monroeville; grandparents, Ray and Evelyn Smith, Sweet Water and Rex and Pat Rush of Thomasville.

The service was Aug. 5 at 11 a.m. at Hoboken Baptist Church with Rev. William Hales officiating. Burial was in the Hoboken Baptist Church Cemetery in Sweet Water.

Active pallbearers were Trey Emmons, Phillip Bagley, Brad Vice, Steven Champion, Shawn Jordan, Joey Bailey, Joseph Kane and Chris Lee.

Honorary pallbearers were the employees of Thomasville Lumber, Randall Lynn, Nathaniel Strange, Jonathon Champion, Chris Nichols and Daniel Kumpula.
