Eudell H. Dungan, 80, of Grove Hill died Aug. 15, 2017 at his residence.

He was born Aug. 30, 1936 in Sandflat to George Monroe and Ruby Louise Dungan. He was a member of the Okalona Methodist Protestant Bible Church. He was a retired milk truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Bettie H. Dungan, Grove Hill; two sons, Shaun Dungan, Lavon (Donna) Dungan, all of Grove Hill; three sisters, Joyce (James) Reeves, Jackson, Scarlet (Milton) Cherry, Demopolis, Cheryl (Ted) Morgan, Surginer; three granddaughters, Cameron Dungan, Conner Dungan and McKenzie Dungan.

The service was Aug. 17 at 2 p.m. at O’Bryant Chapel with Rev. Ron Giles officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Thomasville.

Active pallbearers were Van Phillips, Ted Morgan, Brian Tucker, Buck Loftis, Chase Tucker and Bruce Roberts.

Honorary pallbearers were Mickey Stephens, Bill Stephens, Milton Cherry and James Reeves.
