Trudie Mae Raybon, 89, of Fulton died Aug. 18, 2017 at her residence.

She was born Sept. 17, 1927 in Fulton to Will and Mary McDonald Nelson. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was a former shirt factory worker and a secretary.

Survivors include her son, Terry Raybon; three sisters, Grace Huggins, Martha Goodman, Hazel Keeton; one brother, Royce Nelson; five grandchildren, Brian Raybon, Darin Raybon, Allison Harris, Kim Raybon and Kyle Raybon; ten great-grandchildren, John Thomas Raybon, Will Raybon, Kate Raybon, Zoie Duncan, Garrett Raybon, Thomas Jay Harris, Jack Harris, Reese Harris, Aiden Raybon and Brett Wall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Raybon and her son, Rodger Raybon.

The service was Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Bill Faircloth officiating. Burial followed at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville.

Active pallbearers were Brian Raybon, Darin Raybon, John Thomas Raybon, Will Raybon, Jay Harris and Josh Robison.
