Elaine Beech announces her Republican candidacy for the House of Representatives, District 65. She previously held this office from 2009 until 2018.

Beech is a proven leader as she held key roles on the general fund committee, the healthcare committee, and the rules committee. She was also appointed as the chairman of the State Healthcare Coordinating Council (SHCC) by Gov. Kay Ivey in 2018. She was given the task of re-writing the State Health Plan when taking over this position and the committee did so.

During the pandemic, Beech made and gave away over 1,500 masks and 35 isolation gowns for the local nursing homes. Beech has continued to serve the district in any way she could.

Not thinking she would ever run for office again, she chose to give her leftover campaign funds to schools for sanitation needs during the pandemic and to other charities like libraries, the Child Advocacy Center and other 501(c)3 organizations.

Elaine. Beech says if elected she will work to improve education, healthcare, infrastructure and rural broadband. She will work hard to improve industry, especially the agriculture and forestry as this is vital to District 65.
