as well as an accounting and repayment of funds earned from these
two parcels and any such other, further or different relief to which it may
be entitled.
Plaintiff has made a diligent search
and cannot locate the following

known heirs Lafatta Ely and
Lafayette Ely, Jr.
Plaintiff also believes there may be
additional heirs of Roxanna Ely, and
her heirs or devisees, if deceased,
that are wholly unknown to the
Plaintiff.
NOW THEREFORE, the same
Lafatta Ely and Lafayette Ely, Jr.
as hereby commanded to answer or plead (on or before 30
days after the final publication
of this Legal Notice which is
June 20, 2022, to the complaint
filed in the above entitled
