Lakeside Steel sold for $77.5 million but T’ville projects secure
Purchase erases $22.5 million loan at 15 percent interestLakeside Steel announced late last week that it has entered into a non-binding agreement to sell its operations to an anonymous buyer for $77.5 million. Lakeside is a Canadian company based in Welland, Ontario, and it manufactures pipe and tubing for domestic natural gas drilling.
