The Clarke County Commission voted Tuesday to pass the $12,183,283.00 fiscal year 2013 budget. The balanced budget will feature a $6,859,203.00 General Fund, which includes $1,187,449.00 for debt service; $305,684.00 to subsidize other funds; $2,291,499.00 for law enforcement; $142,493.00 for appropriations; and $2,932,078.00 as the remaining balance.
