The Clarke County High School Lady Bulldogs closed out the regular season by edging Jackson 1-0 in eight innings last Friday in Grove Hill. Corey Cartwright captured the Men’s Overall 1st Place and Stephanie Nobles took the Women’s Overall 1st Place in the annual Run The Hill 5K Race this past Saturday in Grove Hill. GH Hospital Auxiliary donates $5,000 to radiology department
Emily Steadham, administrator with Grove Hill Memorial Hospital, reported April 23 that the Hospital Auxiliary continues to make monetary donations to the facility. They recently donated $5,000 to the radiology department for a new Pigg-o-Stat stabilizer device. The device holds children in position, keeping their arms up to do chest x-rays.
